Hoarding removal in chennai

Hoardings, Hoardings, hoardings. Hoardings all across chennai, this has been the scenario for past five years in chennai, as per my observation. For the past one week all along the way to my office, surprising I have seen all the hoarding has been removed in major places of the city.

Major places like Thirumagalam signal, koyambedu Juction, Vadaplani signal, Ashok pillar and the whole 100 feet road from Padi to Guindy is almost hoarding free. kudos to chennai corporation who have taken action on unauthorized hoardings.

Especially the Vadapalani signal hoarding which would be usually polluted by cinema hoarding is almost empty with no sign of colors of Heroes and heroins !!!

At present hoarding kind of marketing and advertising has been restricted, and next question arises, where will these advertisers will find space to advertise? what will be their next step.
